Hello there!

Sometimes a forum can be a tricky place! I'm here to un-trick it for you! c:

Unlike most forums, when you join here, you will already have a profile picture. Most forums have a blank profile guy and it's up to you to change it so it doesn't look so bare. Here, we have taken the liberty to give you a profile picture from the moment you are activated! Our default profile picture is this:

No one likes the plain, ugly profile dude! This way, if you don't have the means to select a personal avatar, you at least have a cute one to get you by! But not to worry, if it's not your style or you are able to change it, go right ahead! All you have to do is select the icon "profile" at the top of the screen in the navigation bar, and from there, select the tab that says "avatar." You have three options at this point. You can upload a picture from your computer, copy down a url, or copy down an off-site url. To simplify...

Upload from computer
 -If you have a picture that you edited or saved without uploading to an image hosting site, you should select "upload from computer." It will open up your files and you select the image you want from those downloads, and once clicked, you press save! 

URL
-If you have the link to a standard image that you want, copy the url into the url box. Press save & voila! Heads up, if your image is bigger that 150 x 200 (width 150-height 200), your image will be resized to fit that scale.

Off-Site URL
-This one tends to trip users up. What's the difference between the regular url and an off-site url? Isn't it all the same? Nope, it's not my friends! In this section, you paste the url to a gif. If you were to paste a gif link into the section above, it would come out as a picture. But by putting it here, it adds the animation. Also, do not put pictures in this box, only gifs.
